The Students Affairs
The Office of the Student Affairs takes care of co-curricular activities within and outside of
school such as excursions and field trips as well as specific organization-sponsored activities that enhance the
development of social graces, cooperation and camaraderie.
The Head of Student Affairs is responsible for regulating and coordinating co-curricular activities in and outside the campus with the assistance of the Council of Coordinators. Being the chairman of the Disciplinary Board, he is responsible for supervising the activities of the council of Coordinators, class and club officers as handling students' behavior on campus and as far as possible, outside, in the larger community. She plans and prepares calendar for non-academic activities for the year subject to the approval of the School President in consultation with the College Dean.
Any class, club, organization that will hold an activity outside the campus is required to accomplish and file in the Student Affairs Office the Student Activity Permit and Waiver.
