In October 22,1981 seventy-seven years from schools's foundation, the SPUD Alumni Association Association was registered in Edsa, Greenhills, Mandaluyong, Metro Manila. the Association adopts a Constitution and by-laws

The SPUD Alumni Association bind themselves to maintain fraternal relationship among themselves and enhance loyalty to their Alma Mater and deeper love to her.

The SPUD Alumni Association aim to enhance cordial and beneficial relations between St. Paul College and themselves by helping, in any manner possible, the promotion of the well-being of SPUD as well as that of their co-Alumni Association.

The SPUD Alumni Association aspire to be imbued with the apostolic zeal of St. Paul this "being all to all" with a special concern for the poor.

The SPUD Alumni Association build up some structures to assure the vitality of the association's mission, purpose, and cause.

• To create a Chapter in each locality and encourage attendance at the regular and special meetings convened by each Chapter.
• To encourage attendance at the annual meeting convened by the Central Alumni Association Association at SPUD.
• To plan times for spiritual sessions and recollections as well as sharing with each other around the day-to-day experiences.

The Association has adopted as its motto: "The Love of Christ Impels Us", and its colors as green and gold.
