The Registrars Office
The Registrar is charged with the sole responsibility of keeping students' records, particularly
academic records, and takes responsible part in the admission, release, transfer, and graduation of students, as well
as in facilitating the official correspondence between the school and Commission on Higher Education (CHED),
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Consolidates schedule of classes for each term in close coordination with the Deans.
- Assists the Deans during registration by enforcing enrollment procedures and requirements.
- Examines and evaluates credentials of applicants.
- Keeps all students' records up-to-date.
- Reconstructs missing student records available in the school file on the basis of official records available in the office.
- Issues transfer credentials, transcripts of records, (with certificates of eligibility to transfer) and diplomas.
- Follows-up academic records of scholars (e.g. PESFA, Academic and scholars)
