St. Paul University Dumaguete offers a residence on campus, the Soeur Josephine Rappeport Dormitory, for ladies. It aims . . .

  1. To provide not only a safe and caring living quarters for students who come from other towns and provinces but also to foster an atmosphere of  “family spirit” and community, thus providing an environment that would help them balance their social life and their academic life.
  2. To provide student-residents opportunities to develop life-long friendships and experience living with other young people coming from other sub-cultures.
  3. To enhance their personality development that would equip them to make the “Paulinian Difference” wherever they may be and to be self-reliant.

When a student seeks admission to St. Paul University Dumaguete and to the Ladies Dormitory, it is expected that she upholds the Paulinian values and follows policies prescribed by the University and those described here-in. These are guidelines for behavior and conduct in community-living and enhancement of one’s personality. This is imperative to the educational mission of SPUD.
There are sixty-four (64) residents for AY 2017-2018. The Dormitory Assistant is Miss Geraldine Verano.
