The Paulinian Student Government had the privilege of facilitating a meaningful leadership formation training with the student leaders of Saint Francis College Guihulngan, Negros Oriental Incorporated, igniting a day filled with purpose, passion, and inspiration.
During the morning session, our very own SAO Head, Ms. Angela Kristine D. Ocao, delivered an empowering talk that reminded the student leaders that dreams are the beginning of purpose, and purpose is what shapes us into leaders worthy of admiration. She emphasized becoming more than leaders within the walls of your office, embracing the world beyond, ready to share your gifts, vision, and impact. A heartwarming sharing followed, where student leaders opened up about their missions and dreams for their student body, highlighting the sincerity and dedication behind their service.
In the afternoon, the Paulinian Student Government Officers led engaging recreational activities that strengthened teamwork, coordination, trust, and communication among the participants. From how they communicated to push through each obstacle, coordinated strategies to navigate challenges, strengthened their teamwork to accomplish every task, and built a stronger foundation of trust, confident that they could always rely on each other.
And this becomes the true foundation of strong leadership—meeting every challenge with purpose, rooted in the values you uphold as one, and striving together to shape the vision and fulfill the dream of the student community you are called to serve.
The Student Affairs Office and the Paulinian Student Government sincerely thank St. Francis College Guihulngan for the opportunity to impart their love for service, insights and experiences, and they hope that the meaningful time spent together has inspired the student leaders to dream boldly, lead with purpose, and strive to offer the very best for their student body.
May this formation be the beginning of a leadership journey rooted in service, integrity, and shared vision.?
