1. Log in to your Orange Apps SIS Account and select the "Portal for College & Graduate School."
  2. Choose the "Enlistment" option and proceed to update your Personal Information (if needed).
  3. See or contact your Adviser/Program Chair for your subject load.
  4. Proceed to the Registrar’s Office for your enlistment.
  5. After enlistment, proceed to the Finance Office for the down payment. There is no need to attach proof of payment in the Orange Apps SIS Account.
  6. Alternatively, you can check your Enlistment Status within your SIS Account and pay the down payment. 
    a. Make the required down payment either online or onsite. 

    Note: If paying on-site through the Finance Office, there is no need to attach the proof of payment in your SIS account.


    b. If paying online, utilize the available Payment Options and ensure to attach proof of payment in your SIS Account.
    1. Online Payment Procedure:
    2. Visit www.spud.edu.ph.
    3. Click on "Portal."
    4. Select "Portal for College and Graduate School.”
    5. Click on "Enlistment."
    6. Choose the Preferred Payment Plan.
    7. Click "Submit."
    8. viii.On the Enlistment page, click the "Upload Proof of Payment" button.
    9. Attach the Proof of Payment.
    10. Click "Upload Deposit Slip."
  7. Wait for a notification via your registered email and mobile number in your Orange Apps confirming that you are officially enrolled.
  8. You can also check your Enrollment Status within your SIS Account.

 

  1. Visit www.spud.edu.ph.
  2. Click on "Enroll Now."
  3. Choose "New Student."
  4. Click "Proceed."
  5. Select "College and Graduate School."
  6. Fill out and complete the Admission Form.
  7. Click "Submit" to submit the form.
  8. Wait for a notification with your Login Credentials (Username and Password) to be sent via SMS and email.
  9. Check your SMS and email for the Entrance Examination Details.
  10. Take the Examination.
  11. Prepare for the interview as scheduled.
  12. Check your SMS and email for Enlistment/Enrollment information.
  13. For those accepted, proceed with paying the down payment.
