In a significant development aimed at improving infrastructure and traffic safety, St. Paul University Dumaguete officially donated a 1,154 square meter parcel of land to the Dumaguete City Government. The donation was formalized through the signing of a deed of donation, May 16, 2025, at the Dumaguete City Hall.

The donated land will be utilized to widen Rovira Road in Barangay Bantayan, a vital thoroughfare that often experiences heavy traffic congestion. This project is part of the city's broader efforts to alleviate traffic and enhance road safety for residents and commuters.
