St. Paul University Dumaguete recently visited St. Francis College-Guihulngan to conduct an orientation for the college’s new School Registrar and Assistant Registrar. The goal was to strengthen registrar services through guidance on standard office procedures, documentation, policies, and workflows.

Led by SPUD’s Registrar, Mrs. Etherlyn F. Cadapan, MBA, along with Ms. Melanie J. Silot and Anamea D. Ariza, the session covered best practices in record management, data privacy, enrollment, and graduation processes. It also emphasized the importance of efficient workflows and compliance to ensure smooth operations.

The orientation fostered collaboration and knowledge sharing, helping the new registrar team better serve students and staff. Both institutions look forward to ongoing partnership and continuous improvement in administrative services. This visit marks a positive step toward enhancing the college’s registrar operations and academic support.
