On February 10, 2026, 28 students from Siaton National High School successfully completed their Bread and Pastry Production NC II assessment at the Paulinan Outreach Foundation Incorporated (POFI) Assessment Center. This achievement showcases their skills in bread and pastry making based on TESDA standards.

The assessment provided students the opportunity to demonstrate proper work practices, food safety, and essential baking techniques. POFI, an accredited assessment center, also offers Organic Agriculture Production NC II, supporting the growth of vocational skills among learners.
