The Commission on Higher Education – Negros Island Region (CHED-NIR) invites qualified applicants to apply for Batch VI of the Scholarship for Instructors’ Knowledge Advancement Program (SIKAP).

The program is open to teaching and non-teaching personnel of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) who intend to pursue Master’s or Doctorate degrees in CHED-recognized graduate programs offered by accredited Delivering Higher Education Institutions (DHEIs).

Application Deadline:
Batch VI – April 27, 2026

Application Procedure:

Applicants are required to submit complete application requirements through their respective HEIs.
