St. Paul University Dumaguete proudly joins the Opening Program of the 32nd Founding Anniversary of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and the 6th National Higher Education Day. CHED Region XVIII – Negros Island Region opening program held today, May 18, 2026, at the NORSU Main Gymnasium.
