St. Paul University Dumaguete, through the Planning, Development, and Quality Assurance Office, successfully conducted a Strategic Planning Workshop with Resource Person and Board of Trustee, Engr. Angelica Cortero Fraginal.

The session became a meaningful space of collaboration and discernment, resulting in the crafting of SPUD’s institutional direction for the next three years through the Strategic Plan for AY 2026–2029, along with the Annual Operational Plan for AY 2026–2027.

Rooted in Paulinian excellence, mission, and shared responsibility, this milestone reflects SPUD’s continuing commitment to purposeful growth, quality assurance, and responsive institutional development.
