CBIT Commissions Future Professionals in Batch Les Décideurs De Demain Ceremony
The College of Business and Information Technology (CBIT) held the CBIT Commissioning Rites 2026 honoring Batch Les Décideurs De Demain on July 25, 2026, at the St. Paul University Dumaguete Chapel. 

The ceremony gathered students, parents, faculty members, and university officials to mark a significant milestone in the interns' academic journey.

The event began with a Eucharistic Celebration presided over by Rev. Fr. Quincy Cañete. Following the Mass, the commissioning rites formally marked the interns' transition from students to future professionals and leaders.

In her welcome address, Engr. Ma. Carol Tubog, MM, OIC Dean of CBIT, congratulated the interns and encouraged them to uphold the values they had learned throughout their years at the University.

One of the highlights of the ceremony was the commissioning led by Sr. Mila Grace A. Silab, SPC, University President, while Dr. Maricar Flores, Vice President for Academic Affairs, led the donning of pins, symbolizing the interns' readiness to embrace their chosen professions.

Representing the intern batch, CBIT Governor Luke Dionisio expressed gratitude to the University, faculty members, parents, and fellow interns for their guidance and support throughout their academic journey.

Mrs. Annie de la Paz delivered the parents' message, recognizing the interns' hard work and celebrating the milestone with their families.

The ceremony concluded with the batch's rendition of "I Lived" by OneRepublic. Batch Les Décideurs De Demain, which translates to "The Decision-Makers of Tomorrow," reaffirmed its commitment to lead with competence, faith, and service as the interns begin the next chapter of their professional journey.
