Our University President, Sr. Mila Grace Silab, set a transformative tone for the conference with a powerful Keynote Speech detailing SPUD’s fierce commitment to holistic education and international mobilization. Elevating the university’s standard of excellence, Dr. Cliford Kilat, Dr. Ayeza Cathrina Tinagan, and Dr. Mary Francis V. Laquinon from the College of Nursing, Graduate School Nursing Programs, and International Relations shared their research and institutional expertise.
