SPU Dumaguete, in Partnership with Dumaguete City Division, Conducts Leadership Training for Elementary Student Leaders

In a dedicated effort to cultivate empowered and engaged young leaders, St. Paul University Dumaguete (SPU Dumaguete), through its Student Affairs Office (SAO) and Paulinian Student Government (PSG), recently conducted a leadership training with a theme "Lead with Purpose: Empower, Engage, Inspire."
The event was organized in collaboration with the Dumaguete City Division of the Department of Education (DepEd) and focused on elementary school student leaders within the division. The activity highlights SPU Dumaguete’s commitment to shaping the next generation of responsible leaders from an early age.
The leadership training aimed to equip young student leaders with vital skills and inspire them to lead with purpose and confidence. It provided engaging sessions on leadership principles, community service, and effective communication, all tailored to suit elementary school students.
Co-organized by DepEd City Division, the event gathered student leaders from various elementary schools in Dumaguete, emphasizing the importance of nurturing leadership qualities at a young age to foster positive change in their schools and communities.
