St. Paul University Dumaguete (SPU Dumaguete), through its Student Affairs Office and Paulinian Student Government, recently held a leadership training titled "Lead with Purpose: Empower, Engage, Inspire," for Junior and Senior High School student leaders in Dumaguete.

Organized in partnership with the Dumaguete City Division of DepEd, the event aimed to develop leadership skills, boost confidence, and promote community involvement among young leaders. Participants engaged in sessions on leadership principles, communication, and service tailored for high school students.

This initiative highlights SPU Dumaguete’s commitment to nurturing responsible youth leaders and fostering values of service and integrity from an early age, supporting sustainable community growth.
