Dr. Maricar Flores, Vice President for Academic Affairs of St. Paul University Dumaguete (SPUD), actively participated in the 109th Founding Anniversary celebration of St. Vincent’s College Incorporated (SVCI). As the Resource Speaker and Facilitator for the college’s Academic-Administrative Consultation and Quality Teaching Forum, she contributed valuable insights to the event held at SVCI’s Dipolog City Main Campus.
