St. Paul University Dumaguete (SPUD) Student Affairs Head, Mrs. Angela Kristine Ocao, MARE, facilitated a pivotal seminar-workshop at St. Francis College Guihulngan (SFCG) on June 22, 2026.

The institutional event focused on the "Review and Assessment of Outcomes-Based Education (OBE) Implementation" for the SFCG college faculty.

As the visiting expert, Mrs. Ocao leveraged her leadership experience from SPUD to guide educators through evaluating current OBE frameworks. Faculty members engaged in strategic sessions to align classroom assessment tools with institutional learning outcomes. The workshop also targeted updating course syllabi and refining modern instructional delivery methods.

SFCG administration highlighted that collaborating with academic leaders like Mrs. Ocao strengthens ties with partner schools and elevates regional educational standards.
